4. Subscription and Payment

Refunds

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from PageAnvil, you agree to the following terms:

Consent

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from PageAnvil and Comp Edge Solutions at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Types of Messages

You may receive messages related to:

  • Account notifications and alerts
  • Service updates and processing status
  • Appointment and delivery reminders
  • Promotional offers (if you have opted in to marketing messages)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 1-10 messages per month depending on your account activity and preferences.

Opt-Out

No Sharing of SMS Consent

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

6. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have necessary rights to use and authorize use of your content
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws

Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

Generated Content

Landing pages and other content generated by the Service using your User Content belong to you, subject to these Terms. You may use generated content for your business purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMP EDGE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Comp Edge Solutions regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
